Otisha is the Operations Director of A VOICE – Language & Training Services. A minority and woman owned business. We provide superior interpreting, training and language access.
A longtime resident of Westchester County, New York, Otisha Ayala-Faya has been a professional American Sign Language and Spanish language interpreter since 1995.
Professional Experience & Credentials

Nationally certified as an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter through the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID-NIC).

Registered New York State Unified Court Interpreter.

Licensed interpreter trainer and language access consultant/trainer.

Adult education language instructor.
Mission
The primary mission of A VOICE is to continue to raise awareness of the ongoing need to enhance equal language access services by providing interpreting services and educational training to organizations that service clients of diverse cultural-linguistic backgrounds.
